Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their CRM product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the CRM portfolio, balancing innovation with legacy product support
• Act as the primary owner of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
• Lead and mentor two Product Managers, providing coaching and career development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex product portfolios
• Proven success in SaaS product strategy and execution, ideally within CRM or marketing technology domains
• Experience managing platform transitions or large-scale product migrations
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and system architecture
