Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for AI-powered skilling experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for AI skilling and translate it into success metrics
• Use research to uncover unmet needs and develop product roadmaps and MVPs
• Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality AI-driven features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of product leadership experience with enterprise SaaS/platform, or equivalent experience
• Experience in machine learning and/or AI for at least 6 years
• Domain expertise in learning/skilling, credentials/assessment, or workforce development
• Hands-on experience in bringing generative AI to production
