Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Sales and Customer Success Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and articulate the vision for AI in sales and customer success, creating a roadmap for execution

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire teams around a bold, disruptive vision
• Deep AI fluency and understanding of automation in both internal tools and customer interactions
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in presenting complex ideas to senior leadership
• Experience delivering high-impact outcomes in fast-paced, multi-team environments
