Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its Relationship Commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Merchant Growth pillar, leading initiatives across onboarding, incentives, and daily workflows
• Ship AI as a foundational capability, applying it to enhance merchant and subscriber experiences
• Raise the bar on experience-first product design, advocating for intuitive workflows that delight merchants

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
• Proven success in owning strategy and delivering measurable impact on complex product surfaces
• Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered product experiences
• Strong customer empathy with experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience with Agile product development practices
