Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build fault tolerance and capacity buffers to prevent platform breakdowns
• Define and set company-wide platform KPIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
• Own the roadmap for incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5 years in a senior or principal-level role
• Proven track record in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing problems
• Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts, including SLOs/SLAs/SLIs
• Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed engineering organizations
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative data to define success metrics
