Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Developer Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product development lifecycle and define the strategy for AI-native development experiences
• Design collaboration patterns between humans and AI to enhance decision-making and output quality
• Lead the adoption of AI-native practices across the organization and rethink measurement frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or organizational change, with 5+ years at a senior level
• Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and their implications for corporate culture and consumer products
• Familiarity with developer tools, internal platforms, and AI-tools
• Data-oriented approach to collaboration and productivity challenges
• Experience in high-growth consumer tech companies preferred, with knowledge of mobile app development cycles a plus
