Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and technical execution for a new Third-Party Originations channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year product vision in partnership with the General Manager of TPO
• Lead the development of the TPO lending ecosystem, including partner experiences and API integrations
• Design and launch a high-conversion self-service broker portal while ensuring alignment with product strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in Mortgage TPO, Fintech, or Lending platforms
• Deep understanding of the TPO industry and mortgage origination workflows
• Experience with API-first product development and automated decisioning
• Proven ability to leverage data for optimization and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
