Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the customer onboarding platform
• Lead the evolution of onboarding and compliance capabilities, driving enhancements and transformations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design systems that balance regulatory requirements with customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in delivering compliance, onboarding, or risk platforms in fintech or payments
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for product design and development
• Proven track record in implementing KYB, KYC, and AML technologies
• Expertise in designing compliance workflows and scalable onboarding systems
• Strong analytical skills with experience in applying AI/ML for process efficiency
