Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of customer-facing intelligence products in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive 0-to-1 product development by prototyping and testing solutions while identifying customer problems through research and collaboration
• Define and build new customer-facing product solutions that convert complex RCM and financial data into actionable tools
• Convert operational data into strategic insights and recommendations while collaborating with internal experts and tracking success metrics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), finance, or business intelligence
• Proven experience building and launching products in a 0-to-1 environment
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics-heavy or financial products
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
