Key Responsibilities

• Translate Payment Operations value stream strategy into a measurable experience roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a unified vision and prioritize the feature backlog
• Lead improvements across Payment Operations capabilities while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or Experience Design experience
• 5+ years in Payments/Product Operations or Value Stream leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments
• Strong analytical capability and experience managing complex backlogs
• Experience with integrated changes across payment processing systems and operational processes
