Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for nonprofit fundraising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Conduct continuous market discovery and validate customer problems to inform product development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or product marketing, particularly with SaaS and AI-driven products
• Proven experience in defining product strategy and outcomes, not just feature delivery
• Strong discovery skills, including customer research and hypothesis-driven development
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design partners
• Familiarity with modern product tools such as Jira or Amplitude
