Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Principal Product Manager, responsible for leading product strategy and execution for Safety workflows in Forma Build, while shaping the broader direction for Quality and related field workflows across construction operations in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Safety workflows, aligning delivery with platform and business goals
• Partner with R&D, Strategy, and GTM to align priorities and market positioning for field workflows
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale Safety and field workflow solutions within the construction platform

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex SaaS or workflow-driven products
• Proven track record in setting strategy and driving execution across product domains
• Deep expertise in the construction industry, particularly in field operations and contractor workflows
• Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS development and delivery
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver complex solutions
