Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for an AI-first product, the full-time Principal Product Manager (AI) will manage the development of AI agents to enhance dental billing workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven solutions, balancing immediate and long-term objectives
• Conduct in-depth research by shadowing industry professionals to translate their expertise into structured product workflows
• Design and implement innovative AI workflows and user experience patterns, defining models for AI autonomy and human escalation

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• Proven track record of shipping AI products and familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Experience in building human-in-the-loop systems and making trade-offs in AI decision-making processes
• Ability to leverage AI throughout the product development cycle, from strategy to prototyping and deployment
• Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries is a plus
