Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Principal Product Manager - Growth, the full-time remote position will drive user engagement and retention initiatives, focusing on the Day 1 experience in the app while leveraging AI to create personalized user journeys.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth and retention initiatives, defining clear priorities and success metrics
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across various teams to create alignment and drive measurable business outcomes
• Design and launch experiences that enhance user activation, engagement, and retention while influencing broader product innovation

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer growth initiatives
• Experience with AI-driven products and personalization is a strong plus
• Proven track record in designing and scaling consumer product experiences that achieve significant business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behavior and make data-informed decisions
• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams
