Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and driving strategic product areas within Osano's platform, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will prioritize roadmaps, ensure engineering clarity, and enhance product quality while operating in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own roadmap prioritization and execution for strategic product areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Executive Leadership to communicate product strategy and drive alignment
• Raise product quality and operational rigor across the organization while mentoring peers and improving delivery practices

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or ISV environments
• Proven track record of ownership over a product line or major product area in high-velocity environments
• Experience building and executing 6-12 month product roadmaps
• Strong partnership experience with Engineering teams on technical SaaS products
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance product execution and decision-making
