Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and roadmap execution, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will be accountable for revenue performance and market expansion while leading AI innovation and scalable platform growth for local government clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through delivery, launch, and optimization
• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments
• Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and measurable business outcomes across the full product lifecycle
• Experience in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, or complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven success leading AI-enabled product initiatives or emerging technology innovation
