Job Summary

Leading the development of bank and card partnership capabilities, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage product areas, collaborate with external clients, and ensure high-quality execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas related to card and family banking partner ecosystem, shaping execution and strategy
• Collaborate with bank partners and clients to understand needs and transform partnership opportunities into scalable products
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build fintech products, ensuring the right sequence and quality in delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a strong background in fintech
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working closely with both external partners and internal teams
• Technical curiosity and understanding of system architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in product development
