Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-powered emergency communication products, the full-time Principal Product Manager for Auto Safety will manage the product lifecycle, collaborate across departments, and drive customer adoption and operational improvements in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer feedback and operational data to identify high-impact problems in connected-vehicle emergency workflows
• Define product positioning, success measures, and establish an AI product scorecard in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
• Lead go-to-market planning and create enablement assets for AI features, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of product management experience with complex, customer-facing SaaS products, preferably in AI/ML capabilities
• Proven ability to define AI product quality metrics and partner with data science/ML engineering teams
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills, with experience in A/B testing and data-driven product decisions
• Experience working with security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to deliver AI-intensive products
