Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading key initiatives in Machine Health and Industrial AI Workforce, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define and scale products that enhance machine coverage and bring AI-powered experiences to reliability and operations teams while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for expanding machine coverage across various asset types and customer segments
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop AI-powered workflows and solutions that address customer pain points
• Lead product execution from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment among technical, operational, and commercial teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent product leadership experience
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IoT, or data-driven products
• Proven track record of leading products from strategy through launch with measurable impact
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and customer-facing teams
• Ability to simplify complex technical and business problems into clear product decisions
