Job Summary

Shaping the benefits experience for millions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define product vision and roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and enhance member engagement with employer-provided benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision for member benefits discovery and usage
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for member-facing benefits and enrollment features
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives and represent benefits in executive forums

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, particularly in complex, multi-team environments
• Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits, including eligibility and claims data
• Proven track record in B2B2C or enterprise SaaS product experiences
• Experience leading cross-platform initiatives with operational consequences
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex benefit flows for users
