Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

As the Principal Product Manager for APIs & Integration Platform, the full-time remote position will define the vision and strategy for evolving Zillow's industry software into a scalable platform, focusing on API and integration capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Zillow Workspace's API and integration platform
• Transform internal capabilities into scalable platform offerings for customers, partners, and developers
• Shape the long-term commercialization strategy for the API platform, including packaging and go-to-market plans

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in platforms, APIs, or complex integrations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on technical initiatives that enhance customer outcomes
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to simplify complex workflows and navigate technical tradeoffs
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making and prioritization
• Excellent communication skills for creating documentation and representing platform vision to stakeholders
