Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading modernization and consolidation efforts, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive execution of the product roadmap across multiple scrum teams while collaborating with executive leadership and various stakeholders in benefits administration and recordkeeping.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the modernization and consolidation product roadmap across multiple scrum teams
• Coordinate product priorities and release sequencing with multiple Product Owners to deliver the portfolio roadmap
• Own end-to-end execution of platform migration workstreams and facilitate workshops to define future-state architecture requirements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in highly technical environments, with at least 3 years at a Principal or senior-IC level
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-team product execution and coordinating priorities across multiple Product Owners
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager working closely with engineering and architecture teams
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance requirements in a multi-system environment
• Experience working within benefits administration, recordkeeping, fintech, or other highly regulated industries
