Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the evolution of member-facing products, the remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development of Thyme Care Connect and other digital engagement tools to enhance member interaction, drive clinical and financial outcomes, and unify the member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the member web app, ensuring a cohesive digital experience
• Shape AI-powered engagement strategies to enhance member interactions while maintaining clinical safety and trust
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Engineering, Design, and Clinical to deliver a unified member experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or member-facing digital products
• Proven ability to define product strategy in ambiguous environments and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in defining and measuring engagement strategies that impact behavioral metrics
• Healthcare experience is required, preferably in care delivery, digital health, or value-based care models
• Strong design sensibility with a focus on user behavior and experience
