Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Product Manager to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for owning and evolving key areas of the Relationship Commerce platform, driving AI-powered experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance merchant growth and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the Merchant Growth Pillar, leading initiatives across onboarding, incentives, and daily workflows
• Ship AI as a foundational capability, integrating it into merchant and subscriber experiences for enhanced retention and growth
• Raise the bar on experience-first product design, advocating for intuitive workflows that enhance user satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or subscription businesses
• Proven success in owning strategy and delivering measurable impact on complex product surfaces
• Hands-on experience with AI or ML-powered product experiences
• Strong customer empathy with experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience driving product decisions tied to business outcomes such as revenue growth and retention
