Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the member-facing product experience, the remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development of Thyme Care Connect and related digital engagement tools, driving member engagement and clinical outcomes through strategic AI integration and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end evolution of the member web app to create a cohesive digital experience
• Develop and implement strategies for AI-powered member engagement, balancing automation with human interaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver a unified member experience

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing digital products
• Proven ability to define product strategy in ambiguous environments and drive stakeholder alignment
• Experience in measuring and improving member engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of AI applications in consumer experiences
• Healthcare experience, preferably in digital health or value-based care models
