Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and evolution of Corporate Systems data, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage data governance and quality across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring accurate and consistent data flows while collaborating remotely or from the Bellevue, WA office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for data platforms and governance across Corporate Systems
• Define and drive the strategy for system-of-record and source-of-truth across enterprise platforms
• Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to improve data quality and reduce fragmentation in data sources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or Data Platforms
• Strong experience with enterprise systems and their data models, such as Salesforce and NetSuite
• Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data ownership and governance issues
