Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer experiences, the remote Principal Product Manager will own the customer login and portal experience, lead customer discovery efforts, and define a product vision centered around AI-driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the customer login and portal experience, ensuring usability, security, and scalability
• Lead customer discovery initiatives to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
• Define and execute a product vision and strategy for customer experience and AI-driven features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on customer experience or UX-led products
• Proven experience managing core customer journeys such as login, onboarding, and dashboards
• Experience serving SMB customers, preferably in SaaS, software, eCommerce, or retail
• Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in analytics and experimentation
• Experience building or utilizing AI-powered features in product management
