Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for a unified global front-end platform, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage technical roadmaps, optimize development processes, and empower cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision for a unified global front-end platform while managing complex platform backlogs
• Establish collaborative partnerships with engineering leaders to ensure framework adoption and alignment across teams
• Leverage web performance data to identify architectural bottlenecks and drive data-informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years focused on front-end frameworks or developer-facing products
• Proven track record of managing high-scale web platforms and driving large-scale technical migrations
• Deep understanding of modern web stack, SEO, and LLM-optimized architecture
• Demonstrated ability to use data tools (SQL, Google Search Console, Web Vitals) to inform product strategy
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
