Job Summary
Leading the evolution of loyalty and membership strategies, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, driving innovation and integration across digital ecosystems to enhance customer engagement and business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive a bold loyalty and membership strategy, focusing on step-change innovation and multi-horizon roadmap development
- Lead product discovery efforts, including customer research, experimentation, and cross-functional workshops to translate insights into actionable product opportunities
- Oversee the evolution of loyalty programs and paid membership models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing customer value
Required qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields, with 5+ years at a Principal/Lead/Director level
- Deep expertise in loyalty program design and optimization, along with hands-on experience in paid membership/subscription models
- Strong foundation in product strategy, including vision setting and roadmap definition
- Expertise in modern product discovery practices, such as customer research and hypothesis-driven development
- Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
