Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Product Manager will drive the end-to-end discovery process for the Horizon 3 Discovery Engine, focusing on extreme product ownership, rapid experimentation, and deep customer insights to develop innovative business concepts from the ground up.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the H3 discovery process by framing jobs-to-be-done, building prototypes, and managing low-fidelity experiments
• Collaborate with engineering to ship weekly prototypes and conduct behavioral probes for rapid learning
• Gather customer insights through constant engagement with target users to uncover latent needs and inform product development

Required qualifications:

• Engineering background with the ability to read code and collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Proven experience in taking products from concept to early product-market fit through discovery processes
• Fluency in modern AI technologies and their application in product development
• Strong product sense with the ability to develop mid-fidelity prototypes independently
• Exceptional skills in data analysis, working with both quantitative and qualitative insights
