Job Summary
To drive measurable improvements in checkout conversion rates and post-checkout monetization, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own and optimize TrafiCheckout, managing the end-to-end checkout funnel while collaborating across growth, product, engineering, finance, and customer care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end TrafiCheckout funnel across all brands, from cart entry through order confirmation on desktop and mobile
- Define, prioritize, and execute a continuous A/B testing roadmap on the checkout, targeting a minimum of 2 simultaneous experiments
- Diagnose checkout drop-off by device, traffic source, payment method, and error type, translating findings into actionable hypotheses for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a consumer-facing checkout funnel in a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Proven track record of improving checkout conversion rates through structured A/B testing with measurable CVR or revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with Stripe at a product ownership level, including authorization rate optimization and dashboard-level diagnostics
- Experience managing or integrating multiple PSPs and digital wallets, including UX placement and conversion measurement
- Ownership of post-checkout monetization architecture with measured revenue impact
