Job Summary

Transforming the developer experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own the vision for the Workday Build developer platform, focusing on creating a frictionless journey for developers to build enterprise AIs while driving platform adoption and growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit and transform the end-to-end developer journey to reduce time for successful API and tool calls
• Own the developer content pipeline, ensuring all public API documentation and user journeys are optimized for consumption
• Implement predictive growth analytics to analyze behavioral intent signals across the developer portal

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software product management
• Demonstrated success in building and driving adoption for technical tools used by external engineers and developers
• Strong analytical capability with data systems and product analytics software
• Experience using AI-powered tools to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
• Deep familiarity with APIs, web services, and enterprise SaaS platform governance models
