Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Principal Product Manager for the Connections Platform, the successful candidate will define the strategy and roadmap for a platform that enhances customer connections, collaborating with teams across the company to improve experiences and support scalable product requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Connections Platform in alignment with company priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable product requirements
• Leverage data and AI tools to identify platform opportunities and enhance customer experiences

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in a platform-focused environment
• Technical fluency with APIs, database schemas, and scalable platform architectures
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization
• Experience in developing scalable platform capabilities that meet diverse internal user needs
• Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences, such as lead nurturing or intelligent workflows
