Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of a customer-facing AI experience, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, ensuring trust and usability for small business owners while collaborating across teams to drive engagement and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer-facing AI experience, defining core flows and iterating based on user feedback
• Ensure the AI communicates effectively and earns user trust by defining its reasoning and managing user expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities and expedite delivery without added complexity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching products from concept to scale
• Experience in building AI-powered features and a strong understanding of AI technologies and architectures
• Direct experience with agentic systems rather than just AI features integrated into existing products
• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to establish and defend key performance indicators
• Deep understanding of small business owners and their unique challenges with marketing software
