Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced cybersecurity solutions, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define product strategy and drive platform capabilities for AI training and validation in realistic cyber environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Proving Grounds and cybersecurity training capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop high-quality platform features and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with user needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, or related fields
• Proven track record of delivering successful technical products, particularly in complex systems-oriented environments
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with senior engineering leaders on architecture and platform design
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements that guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threat emulation and security operations
