Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the vision for AI skilling solutions, the full-time Principal Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to define strategies, prioritize investments, and deliver high-quality learning experiences globally.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for AI skilling, translating it into success metrics
• Utilize research to identify unmet needs and develop product roadmaps and MVPs
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to launch AI-powered features and ensure quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development
• Experience in enterprise SaaS/platform product leadership for 12+ years is preferred
• Proven track record in improving product metrics and disrupting markets
• End-to-end product management experience with large-scale, cross-functional products
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning and/or AI
