Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own a critical product domain, set multi-year visions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance advanced analytics for process manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the multi-quarter and multi-year strategy for a cross-cutting product area
• Establish measurable product outcomes and translate them into coherent roadmaps while making strategic tradeoffs
• Lead cross-team initiatives, ensuring high-quality releases through effective coordination and conflict resolution

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including time at a Senior or Principal PM level on complex products
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing multi-quarter roadmaps for cross-cutting or platform capabilities
• Experience building products for enterprise customers in data, analytics, or industrial software
• Strong analytical skills with a comfort in metrics, experimentation, and decision-making
• Experience with AI-powered product capabilities or a strong ability to learn AI-native workflows quickly
