Job Summary

Leading the product vision and execution for Comet Planning, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define a 2-3 year roadmap, influence cross-functional teams, and bridge digital logic with real-world manufacturing to optimize production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the planning vision and roadmap for Comet Planning, focusing on autonomous optimization
• Build consensus among senior leaders and translate technical constraints into impactful business outcomes
• Oversee the adoption of Comet Planning in major facilities, ensuring it meets diverse manufacturing constraints

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in manufacturing or complex optimization engines
• Formal education (BS/MS) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related engineering field
• Experience solving complex real-world problems at the intersection of digital logic and physical constraints
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on distinguishing short-term features from long-term platform evolution
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
