Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Move Money Platform end-to-end, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will set the global network strategy, manage product requirements, and design network connectivity for both fiat and crypto transactions while leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Move Money Platform roadmap, strategy, and execution globally, translating vision into measurable outcomes
• Lead engineering teams through the full SDLC, driving product requirements and technical design partnerships
• Design and operate network connectivity across fiat and crypto, ensuring redundancy and compliance across various jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in payments or fintech product management, with at least 3 years owning a platform or infrastructure product end-to-end
• Experience designing, integrating, and operating payment network connections across fiat and crypto rails
• Deep payments expertise across North America and EMEA
• Track record of leading engineering teams through the full SDLC
• Strong partner-facing and regulator-facing presence with excellent communication skills
