Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of key AI features, the remote Principal Product Manager will manage the development of Trellis, ensuring it meets customer needs and enhances user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Define and promote a high-impact roadmap for Trellis Chat and Trellis Studio, aligning with customer pain points
Lead platform-wide initiatives by identifying integration points across the Sprout portfolio
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Trellis, maintaining feedback loops with customers and cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

10+ years of product management experience in platform or AI roles within a B2B SaaS environment
Experience in building agentic solutions in a B2B SaaS context
Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company
Experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders
