Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will lead the development of an interview platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance candidate evaluation through AI advancements.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and leverage AI to enhance candidate assessment signals
• Prioritize and execute product features based on customer needs, partnering with engineering and design teams
• Analyze assessment data and market performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform expansion strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B and B2C environments, with a background in software development
• Hands-on technical expertise with a computer science degree or equivalent, actively coding with AI-assisted tools
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling successful products with measurable business impact
• Experience engaging with senior technical leaders on software developer evaluation topics
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and leading cross-functional teams
