Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for Member Growth & Retention initiatives, the full-time Principal Product Manager will oversee high-impact product initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, onboarding, and long-term member retention, working remotely or from Playa Vista, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy and execution for the Member Growth & Retention product portfolio, aligning with key business KPIs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for converting leads, onboarding, and reactivation flows
• Own and evolve the experimentation roadmap to drive insights that enhance funnel conversion, engagement, and retention

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Deep experience with freemium, subscription, or membership-based models, alongside e-commerce
• Track record of optimizing acquisition, activation/onboarding, and retention/engagement
• Strong fluency in data analysis, capable of generating insights from both qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Demonstrated success in managing full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
