Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time hybrid Principal Product Manager will own mission-critical product areas, set long-term strategy, and collaborate across teams to ensure impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for major products, setting vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Deeply understand customer needs and market insights to inform product direction and prioritization
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring outcomes meet customer and business expectations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management at a senior or principal level
• Proven ability to own and scale complex enterprise or platform products
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision-making
