Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product vision and strategy for Data Cloud, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will drive alignment across stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Workday's analytics platform, and prioritize customer insights to deliver impactful features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the vision and roadmap for Data Cloud and Prism's data integration capabilities
• Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams to evolve the analytics platform for intuitive user experiences
• Engage with partner Product Management teams to co-develop a cohesive product roadmap for the data and analytics ecosystem

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise data software environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of data platforms, integration technologies, and analytics
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Strong strategic thinking skills to shape long-term product vision
