Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the product strategy for the Kitchen Display System (KDS), the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will manage enterprise workflow depth, data differentiation, and AI roadmap to enhance kitchen operations in restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the KDS product strategy, focusing on enterprise workflow, data differentiation, and AI integration
• Define and build the investment case for agentic AI applications that enhance kitchen efficiency and decision-making
• Lead KDS delivery by translating complex workflow requirements into scalable product solutions for diverse restaurant groups

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in defining and owning product strategy for complex, operationally critical products, ideally spanning hardware and software
• Strong track record of working with enterprise customers to translate high-stakes workflow requirements into effective product decisions
• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to identify and drive new product opportunities from concept to execution
• Understanding of the operational realities faced by SMB restaurant operators without extensive resources
• Executive presence to align cross-functional teams in a high-stakes environment
