Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the evolution and market leadership of the Fusion platform, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will own key product areas from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and championing the adoption of AI tools for enhanced product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives, ensuring strong business outcomes and alignment with market goals
• Define and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and revenue contribution
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to inform roadmap priorities and enhance product offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise SaaS
• Experience in GRC or enterprise risk software, with a focus on integrating AI tools into product workflows
• Proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives as an individual contributor
• Demonstrated ability to influence revenue growth and drive customer adoption and retention
