Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for product capabilities, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will develop and execute a multi-year Product Strategy to drive revenue growth and customer retention while collaborating across multiple product domains.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multi-year Product Strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives
• Lead cross-domain initiatives, balancing tradeoffs and maintaining collaborative relationships across engineering teams
• Make high-impact product decisions and partner with executive leadership on prioritization and long-term planning

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles within SaaS or platform-oriented organizations
• Proven experience owning multi-year product strategies with measurable business impact
• Experience conducting in-depth customer and market research to inform product-market fit
• Strong background in software, including identity and access management and data governance
