Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and governance of the Genesys Cloud Monetization Platform, the full-time Principal Product Manager will manage usage metering, entitlement management, rating, billing, and monetization integrations, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting across all products in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the monetization platform, establishing standards for usage collection and billing
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable monetization solutions while ensuring operational efficiency
• Champion accuracy and auditability throughout the monetization lifecycle, identifying and mitigating risks related to revenue integrity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with technical platform products and monetization systems
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior engineers on complex distributed systems and platform architectures
• Experience with usage metering, billing systems, and revenue operations
• Strong systems-thinking skills to understand end-to-end workflows across customer-facing and back-office systems
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple product and engineering organizations
