Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of the Government Experience Insights (GXI) product suite, the full-time Principal Product Manager will define customer value creation, drive product-led growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio-level business outcomes, including revenue growth and customer expansion
• Develop a deep understanding of government customers' needs and workflows to inform product roadmap priorities
• Drive alignment among senior leaders and communicate strategy and outcomes to executive audiences

Required qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or Government Technology, preferably in product management
• Strong customer orientation with a track record of using customer insights to shape product strategy
• Experience defining product-led growth, packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies
• Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering and data teams
• Excellent communication skills for leading executive discussions and aligning stakeholders
