Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and optimization of search algorithms, the full-time remote Principal Product Manager will define product roadmaps, analyze consumer needs, and drive innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a product roadmap for Search, aligning with business objectives and industry trends
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inform product decisions for algorithm performance optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to lead the development of Search products from conception to launch

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical product development in a data-driven environment, preferably in the Search domain
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and time zones
